Our Specialties
Personality Disorder Treatment
Living with a personality disorder can involve persistent challenges in emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity, behavior, and interpersonal relationships. These patterns may feel automatic, deeply ingrained, or difficult to change despite an awareness of their consequences.
Blank Space Therapy provides individualized psychotherapy for:
Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD): Emotional dysregulation, identity disturbance, abandonment sensitivity, and recurring relational difficulties.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD): Difficulties with self-esteem regulation, sensitivity to criticism, shame, interpersonal functioning, and grandiose or vulnerable presentations.
Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD): Patterns involving emotional expression, attention and approval seeking, identity, and interpersonal relationships.
We do not offer primary treatment for Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD).
You do not need an existing diagnosis to inquire about treatment. Initial consultations help determine whether your concerns fall within our clinical specialization.
Relational Trauma Treatment
Harmful relationships can leave psychological effects that persist long after the relationship ends.
Individuals who have experienced chronic manipulation, coercive control, emotional abuse, intimidation, or other forms of interpersonal harm may develop symptoms of PTSD or Complex PTSD.
Blank Space Therapy provides trauma-focused psychotherapy for individuals whose experiences involve relationships with people exhibiting Cluster B personality pathology, including narcissistic, borderline, histrionic, or antisocial presentations.
Treatment may address:
Trauma-related anxiety, hypervigilance, and intrusive memories
Shame, self-doubt, and disturbances in self-concept
Emotional regulation difficulties
Boundary development and interpersonal safety
Difficulties with trust and relationship functioning
Rebuilding identity, confidence, and personal agency
The impact of harmful behavior matters regardless of whether the other person has received a formal diagnosis.
What to Expect
Treatment is individualized and begins with understanding your history, current symptoms, persistent patterns, and clinical goals.
My approach is direct, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change. Therapy may involve examining uncomfortable patterns, challenging beliefs, learning new responses, and developing skills that support healthier functioning.
The objective is not simply to feel understood. It is to translate understanding into changes that meaningfully improve your life.
